**The Opportunity** Clixsta LLC is seeking a technically proficient and leadership-oriented IT Support Manager to head our technical service desk in Al Khor.
This role is vital for maintaining the operational uptime of our regional headquarters.
We need a professional who can transition seamlessly between high-level network strategy and hands-on technical troubleshooting while managing a team of support specialists.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- **System Availability:** Ensure 99.9% uptime for all internal servers, localized networks, and communication hardware.
- **Incident Resolution:** Manage the end-to-end ticketing lifecycle, ensuring that all hardware and software issues are resolved within established SLAs.
- **Infrastructure Security:** Implement and monitor robust cybersecurity protocols, including firewall management, antivirus deployment, and regular data backups.
- **Team Leadership:** Mentor and supervise the on-site technical support team, fostering a culture of rapid response and technical excellence.
Required Expertise
- Minimum 6–8 years in IT Support or Systems Administration, with at least 3 years in a supervisory capacity.
- Advanced certifications (CCNA, CCNP, ITIL, or Microsoft 365 Certified) are highly desirable.
- Strong experience with Windows/Linux environments, VoIP systems, and cloud-based collaboration tools.
- Proven ability to manage technical vendors and procurement processes in the Qatar market.
Compensation & Support
- Fixed Monthly Salary: QAR 28,000.
- Comprehensive health insurance and full visa sponsorship.
