Provide IT support and maintain office infrastructure while also helping manage the company's website, online content, and social media platforms.
IT support and operations
- Support computers, laptops, printers, and network devices; install, configure, and maintain hardware and software.
- Troubleshoot IT, internet, email, and system-related issues and assist employees with daily IT needs and system access.
- Maintain IT inventory, backups, and system documentation; support network, antivirus, and basic cybersecurity operations.
- Coordinate with IT vendors for maintenance and repairs and monitor office infrastructure for smooth operation.
Website and social media
- Maintain and update the company website and online content.
- Support company social media accounts and digital platforms, uploading company updates, project information, and marketing materials.
Candidate requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–5 years of relevant experience.
- Knowledge of networking, hardware, software, and troubleshooting.
- Basic knowledge of website management and social media handling.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
