ABC Cargo & Courier, one of the UAE's trusted names in cargo and courier services, is hiring IT Support Executives to manage our IT infrastructure and ensure smooth day-to-day business operations. 5 positions are available, with immediate joining preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide end-user support and troubleshoot hardware and software issues
- Manage and maintain IT infrastructure to ensure smooth business operations
- Administer Windows systems and the Microsoft 365 environment
- Maintain networking (LAN/WAN), firewalls, and endpoint/antivirus security
- Support server administration, IT asset management, and ticketing systems
- Ensure system uptime, data backups, and IT security best practices
Qualifications
- Minimum 2-3 years of relevant IT support experience
- Strong knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365, networking, and hardware/software troubleshooting
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field
- Familiarity with server administration and IT ticketing systems
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
- Immediate joiners preferred
