- Provide first-line technical support for hardware, software, network, and user-related issues.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to:
• Windows Operating Systems
- MS Office Applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- LAN/WAN and Wi-Fi connectivity
- Printers and peripheral devices
- Software installations and upgrades
- PC relocation and workstation setup
- Manage and maintain IT assets including desktops, laptops, printers, and accessories.
- Monitor system performance and perform routine maintenance activities.
- Support end-users through phone, email, and onsite visits.
- Assist with IT infrastructure projects and implementation activities.
- Ensure compliance with company IT policies and information security standards.
