Overview
- Configure, and commission GRMS (Guest Room Management System) and Lighting Control Systems.
- Review shop drawings, schematics, wiring diagrams, and as-built documentation.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and other MEP/ELV teams during project execution.
- Perform system programming, testing, troubleshooting, and integration with third-party systems.
- Configure and integrate protocols such as KNX, DALI, Modbus, BACnet, and TCP/IP.
- Conduct site surveys and ensure proper installation as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Attend client meetings, technical discussions, and inspections.
- Support commissioning activities and final handover documentation.
- Diagnose and resolve system faults related to lighting control, GRMS, dimming systems, sensors, and network communication.
- Coordinate with suppliers and manufacturers for technical support and material approvals.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, standards, and authority requirements.
- Provide training and technical support to clients and maintenance teams.
- Monitor project progress and support timely project delivery.
