Role overview

Full-time IT Support Engineer position with Worldtech IT Information Technology Consultants Co. LLC in Dubai.

Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot desktop and laptop hardware and software.
  • Configure and troubleshoot VPNs, LAN/WAN, network connectivity, switches, routers, and firewalls.
  • Provide Windows operating system, basic IT, and basic server support.

Requirements

  • Knowledge of network switches, routers, and firewalls.
  • Experience with VPN configuration and troubleshooting.
  • Knowledge of desktop and laptop hardware/software troubleshooting, Windows OS, networking, and basic IT support.
  • LAN/WAN configuration and troubleshooting skills, including network connectivity and basic server support.
  • Good problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Relevant IT or networking experience is preferred.

Salary

  • AED 2,500–3,000 per month, depending on experience.

Work location

  • Position is based in Dubai and work is in person.
