We're hiring on behalf of a Haystack partner!
The Role
- Implement technical solutions for computer hardware, operating systems, or enterprise application software
- Provide high quality support across sites in a defined geographical area
- Troubleshoot and solve straightforward problems
- Ensure infrastructure networking and computing systems remain available during production hours
- Manage local technical projects
- Identify root-causes of operational issues and process inefficiencies
What You'Ll Need
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of professional experience
- 2+ years of troubleshooting in a multi-user high availability environment
- 2+ years of networking experience (DNS, DHCP, SSL, OSI Model, TCP/IP)
- 2+ years of PC repair, troubleshooting, deployment and liquidation experience
- Fluent in Cisco/networking and either Linux and/or Microsoft
