We're hiring on behalf of a Haystack partner!
The Role
- Improve data usability for MEDITECH Expanse platform implementation
- Ensure high-quality, normalized, and usable data for various stakeholders
- Bridge technical and clinical gaps by interpreting workflows and aligning data with standards
- Partner with business owners, product owners, and technical teams to define requirements
- Provide expertise in Expanse clinical workflows and data structures
What You'Ll Need
- Bachelor's degree
- 7+ years of experience in a healthcare-related field
- 7+ years of experience in a hospital setting (clinical, HIM, or billing preferred)
- Experience in clinical coding
- Experience in data and workflow analysis
- Experience in EHR maintenance, build, or implementation (MEDITECH, EPIC, Cerner preferred)
