IT Support Engineer

Act as the first point of contact for IT issues across the office, covering laptops, Wi Fi, peripherals, and account access

Administer Microsoft 365 day to day, including Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, and user accounts

Manage the device fleet through MDM, keeping machines provisioned, secure, patched, and compliant

Run support through an ITSM tool, triaging, tracking, and closing tickets so nothing falls through the cracks

Onboard and offboard team members, handling hardware setup, account provisioning, and timely access removal

Maintain the office IT environment, including meeting room technology, printers, and network hardware

Keep an accurate asset register covering hardware, licences, and software subscriptions

Document fixes, processes, and user guides so common issues can be resolved quickly and consistently

Work with vendors and suppliers on hardware procurement, warranties, and repairs

Spot recurring problems and resolve the underlying cause rather than repeating the same workaround

Solid hands on experience in desktop and end user support

Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365, including Outlook, Teams, and admin functions

Experience managing devices through an MDM platform

Experience working within an ITSM tool and process

Clear and confident English communication, since you will be speaking with people all day and this matters as much as the technical skills

Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to prioritise across competing requests

A proactive approach and genuine ownership of the systems you look after

Based in Abu Dhabi, or able to relocate there
