Technical knowledge and experience
- Proficiency in Windows 10, Windows 11, macOS, iOS, and Android support.
- Experience with operating-system patching, upgrading, imaging, and deployment tools.
- Strong troubleshooting across desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and peripherals.
- Basic knowledge of hardware replacement and component upgrades.
- Understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Wi-Fi, remote access, and domain networks.
- Experience installing and troubleshooting Microsoft 365 applications, particularly Outlook.
Systems and tools
- Familiarity with Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft Intune, Exchange, mailbox types, and license types.
- Knowledge of Active Directory, user administration, group policies, permissions, and domain-joined devices.
- Familiarity with antivirus, firewalls, endpoint protection, device compliance, and BitLocker encryption.
- Experience with MDM platforms such as Microsoft Intune, SOTI, AirWatch, or equivalent products.
- Knowledge of backup, restoration, encrypted-device recovery, device replacement, and secure data transfer.
- Familiarity with ticketing and asset-management systems.
Pay
- Pay is up to AED 4,500 per month.

- Work location is in person.
Responsibilities
- Support Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android devices and operating systems.
- Perform or support operating-system patching, upgrades, imaging, and deployment.
- Troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and peripherals.
- Install and troubleshoot Microsoft 365 applications, particularly Outlook.
- Support user accounts, permissions, group policies, and domain-joined devices.
- Support endpoint protection, device compliance, and BitLocker encryption.
- Support backup, restoration, encrypted-device recovery, replacement, and secure data transfer.
- Use ticketing and asset-management systems to support IT operations.
