Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and prioritize incoming helpdesk requests to ensure timely resolution within SLAs.
• Provide first- and second-level technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
• Manage user accounts, access permissions, and system configurations for new and existing employees.
• Oversee IT inventory, including the procurement, setup, and maintenance of workstations and peripherals.
• Coordinate with external vendors for specialized repairs or large-scale infrastructure projects.
• Maintain accurate documentation of support activities, system updates, and troubleshooting procedures.
• Monitor system performance and proactively identify recurring technical bottlenecks.

• **Technical Troubleshooting:** Strong ability to diagnose and resolve issues within Windows/Office 365 environments.
• **Ticketing System Proficiency:** Experience managing support workflows through tools like Jira, Zendesk, or ServiceNow.
• **Networking Basics:** Solid understanding of LAN/WAN, VPNs, and basic firewall configurations.
• **Communication:** Clear, professional English communication skills to translate technical issues for non-technical users.
• **Organization:** Ability to handle multiple support tickets simultaneously without sacrificing detail.
• **Experience:** 2–4 years of experience in IT support or technical coordination.
• **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
