Job Summary
Ialoy LLC is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive IT Support Coordinator to oversee and streamline daily IT support operations.
The ideal candidate will act as the central point of contact between end-users and the IT team, ensuring timely resolution of technical issues while maintaining high service standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage incoming IT support requests, ensuring proper prioritization and timely resolution
- Act as the primary liaison between users, IT technicians, and external vendors
- Monitor helpdesk ticketing systems and track issue progress to completion
- Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, and network-related concerns
- Maintain accurate records of incidents, solutions, and system updates
- Assist in the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of IT equipment
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including account setup and access management
- Identify recurring issues and recommend process improvements
- Ensure compliance with company IT policies and security protocols
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
- 2–4 years of experience in IT support or coordination roles
- Familiarity with helpdesk systems and IT service management tools
- Strong understanding of computer systems, networks, and troubleshooting techniques
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and network administration
- Basic knowledge of cybersecurity best practices
- IT certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, ITIL) are a plus
