About This Role
Position Overview
Arsiam LLC is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented **IT Support Coordinator** to oversee and coordinate day-to-day IT support operations.
The role ensures smooth functioning of internal systems, timely resolution of technical issues, and effective communication between end users and technical teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage IT support requests from employees across departments
- Serve as the first point of contact for technical issues (hardware, software, network, and systems)
- Log, track, prioritize, and escalate support tickets using the company’s helpdesk system
- Ensure timely resolution of IT incidents and service requests in line with SLAs
- Liaise with external vendors and service providers for technical support and maintenance
- Assist in onboarding/offboarding of employees, including device setup and account provisioning
- Monitor IT inventory, including laptops, peripherals, and software licenses
- Support installation, configuration, and updates of hardware and software systems
- Maintain documentation of IT procedures, troubleshooting guides, and system logs
- Assist in basic network and system monitoring to ensure uptime and performance
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 2+ years of experience in IT support or helpdesk coordination
- Strong knowledge of Windows/Mac OS, Microsoft 365, and basic networking concepts
- Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira Service Management, or similar)
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize under pressure
- Customer-service mindset with a professional and calm approach
Preferred Skills
- Basic understanding of Active Directory and user management
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (Microsoft Azure, Google Workspace)
- ITIL Foundation certification is an advantage
