The company seeks an IT professional to manage and maintain IT infrastructure, supermarket systems, hardware, software, and network operations.
The role supports smooth daily business operations across branches and the head office.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and troubleshoot computers, printers, servers, and network systems; provide technical support to branches, head office, and employees.
- Manage POS, billing, barcode scanner, and receipt printer systems; support ERP, inventory, purchasing, and accounting systems.
- Coordinate with software vendors and service providers to resolve technical issues.
- Maintain IT assets, software licenses, user accounts, and access permissions; monitor connectivity, Wi-Fi, CCTV, and IT equipment.
- Ensure backups, system security, and antivirus updates; install, configure, and update hardware and software.
- Maintain IT documentation, prepare technical issue reports, and provide timely support to minimize downtime across branches.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of relevant IT support experience; supermarket or retail experience is preferred.
- Knowledge of POS systems, ERP software, networking, and hardware troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with Windows, Microsoft Office, printers, and basic network administration.
- Strong troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills; ability to work under pressure and support multiple branches.
- A valid UAE driving licence is an advantage.
Pay
- Pay is AED 3,000–4,000 per month.
