Role responsibilities
- Maintain, upgrade, and support continuous network operations; support users with network, software, hardware, and other IT issues.
- Maintain systems and train new users. Develop standards for computer and network systems, including wiring, equipment, and security.
- Provide workstation hardware and software support and technical expertise for local and wide area networks and internet-related services.
- Serve as a technical expert for computer and network systems; install, configure, and maintain operating systems and application software.
- Provide on-call computer and network support when required. Administer email and communications, including installations, upgrades, and user management.
- Install and maintain firewalls, antivirus, and antispyware on servers and workstations; install and upgrade server and workstation operating systems.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Three years of IT support experience required.
- Ability to install, configure, and maintain personal computers, networks, and related hardware.
Pay
- QAR 4,000 per month.
Work location
- Work is in person.
