We are currently seeking a reliable and proactive **IT Support** to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing day-to-day technical support and ensuring smooth IT operations across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-level IT support to employees (hardware, software, network, printers, email).
- Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, servers, and related IT equipment.
- Troubleshoot system, network, and application issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Manage user accounts, access rights, and email systems.
- Monitor IT systems, backups, antivirus, and data security protocols.
- Coordinate with external IT vendors and service providers when required.
- Maintain IT inventory, licenses, and documentation.
- Support ERP, accounting, or operational systems used within the gas industry (if applicable).
- Ensure compliance with company IT policies and data security standards.
& Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
- Minimum **2–3 years of IT support experience** (experience in oil & gas / industrial environment is an advantage).
- Strong knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office, basic networking, and hardware troubleshooting.
- Good understanding of cybersecurity basics and data protection.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- UAE experience preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
- Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
- Ability to commute/relocate:
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
