Role overview
Supports IT systems and operations across multiple hotel properties to enhance guest experiences and streamline operations.
Responsibilities
- Support IT initiatives across properties in collaboration with area technology leadership.
- Monitor and maintain LAN and network servers, upgrades, directory structures, security, and reliability.
- Resolve computing, software, and connectivity issues and provide user training and support.
- Maintain infrastructure to Hilton Technology Network standards, including shared resources and backups.
- Assist with workstation, server, Wi-Fi, PBX, and point-of-sale projects.
- Coordinate with property management to maintain critical systems and minimize downtime.
- Supervise, coach, mentor, and evaluate team members and support their professional development.
Minimum qualifications
- Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications, such as CompTIA, Cisco, or Microsoft.
- Strong knowledge of hospitality systems and IT best practices.
- Leadership and project management skills.
- Experience with network administration, cybersecurity, and cloud solutions.
- Excellent troubleshooting and communication abilities.
