IT Supervisor

Role overview

IT operations and security

• Manage and maintain IT systems, infrastructure, hardware, software, networks, servers, and business applications.
• Oversee cybersecurity, firewall management, backups, disaster recovery, system performance, and technical troubleshooting.
• Maintain user access, permissions, and IT asset registers.

Service and stakeholder management

• Manage software licenses, vendor contracts, and service-level agreements.
• Provide technical support and training to hotel teams.
• Develop IT policies, procedures, and compliance standards; produce reports and support strategic technology initiatives.
• Build relationships with internal stakeholders and external providers.

Experience and technical knowledge

• Proven experience in IT management, systems administration, or infrastructure support.
• Strong knowledge of networks, servers, cybersecurity, and disaster recovery.
• Experience managing vendors, budgets, and software licensing.

Additional qualifications

• IT qualification or equivalent experience.
• Previous IT experience in a hotel or hospitality environment.
• Strong knowledge of hotel systems, hardware, software, and Microsoft Office.

• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and organizational skills; ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive, adaptable, customer-focused approach.

Location and work setting

• The role is based at Fraser Suites in Doha and supports hotel operations.
