Qualifications and experience
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, computer science, or a related discipline.
- Master’s degree preferred.
- 8–12 years of experience in IT strategy, IT governance, or digital transformation.
- At least five years of experience in a managerial role.
- Banking or financial-services experience preferred.

Key responsibilities
- Lead development, implementation, and periodic review of the bank’s IT strategy, aligned with business objectives, regulatory requirements, and technology priorities.
- Create and maintain multiyear IT roadmaps and annual plans, translating business priorities into technology initiatives.
- Set and monitor strategic KPIs, performance dashboards, and execution frameworks; track initiatives, risks, dependencies, milestones, and benefits.
- Prepare reports and presentations for IT leadership and the IT Steering Committee.
- Coordinate strategic alignment and governance with EPMO, IT departments, and business stakeholders.
- Assess AI, cloud computing, automation, and data analytics opportunities and support transformation initiatives, including core banking modernization and a Testing Center of Excellence.
- Ensure compliance with governance frameworks, internal policies, regulatory requirements, and applicable international standards.
- Coordinate planning workshops, governance meetings, and stakeholder engagement.
