IT Staffing Business Manager
About This Role
The IT Staffing Business Manager will be responsible for leading and growing a successful IT staffing division. This pivotal role involves overseeing all aspects of the business unit, including strategic planning, business development, client relationship management, talent acquisition, and team leadership. The ideal candidate will possess a strong entrepreneurial spirit, deep understanding of the IT staffing market, and a proven track record of driving revenue growth and operational excellence. This role requires a dynamic leader capable of inspiring a team, forging strong client partnerships, and navigating the complexities of the technology talent landscape.
- Develop and execute strategic business plans to achieve and exceed revenue and profitability targets for the IT staffing division.
- Drive aggressive business development activities, including identifying new client opportunities, pitching services, and closing deals with key decision-makers.
- Cultivate and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and identifying opportunities for account expansion.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of IT recruiters and account managers, fostering a high-performance culture and ensuring continuous professional development.
- Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle for IT professionals, ensuring efficient and effective sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placement processes.
- Manage the division's profit and loss (P&L) statement, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control to maximize financial performance.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and industry best practices to identify new business opportunities and refine service offerings.
- Implement and optimize operational processes and procedures to enhance efficiency, quality of service delivery, and compliance.
- Negotiate complex contracts and service level agreements with clients and candidates.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
- Ensure all staffing activities comply with legal requirements and company policies.
