The IT Specialist supports technology systems across the resort and helps maintain dependable IT services for colleagues and guests.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to colleagues and help ensure smooth operation of resort technology systems.
- Maintain hardware and software infrastructure and troubleshoot system issues.
- Assist with implementing technologies that improve operational efficiency and guest experiences.
- Work with departments to keep IT services, networks, and applications secure, reliable, and aligned with business needs.
Candidate qualifications
- Strong understanding of computer systems, networks, and technical support.
- Communicate technical information clearly to non-technical users and remain calm under pressure.
- Previous IT support, system administration, or hospitality technology experience is an advantage.
- A proactive, service-oriented approach, problem-solving ability, attention to detail, and commitment to service are sought.
