Overview
We are looking for an **experienced IT Specialist** with strong skills in **hardware, networking, POS systems, CCTV troubleshooting, and online aggregator platforms** to support our multi‑branch specialty coffee shop and restaurant operations in Qatar.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for all branches on hardware, network, and system issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain computers, routers, switches, and network devices.
- Troubleshoot and repair computers, POS machines, printers, scanners, and related peripherals.
- Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot **CCTV systems** across all locations.
- Ensure stable internet connectivity and network performance for all branches.
- Manage and update online aggregator platforms (Talabat, Snoonu, Rafeeq, etc.).
- Perform regular preventive maintenance on IT equipment.
- Respond to IT support requests from branches and resolve issues promptly.
- Maintain IT inventory, asset tracking, and documentation.
- Coordinate with vendors for repairs, replacements, and system upgrades.
- Support new branch openings with IT setup and configuration.
- Ensure data security, backup procedures, and system reliability.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum **3 years** experience in IT support, hardware, and networking roles.
- Strong knowledge of:
- Computer hardware troubleshooting
- LAN/WAN networking
- Routers, switches, access points
- CCTV installation & troubleshooting
- POS systems (setup, maintenance, repair)
- Online aggregator platforms (Talabat, Snoonu, etc.)
- Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues quickly.
- Strong documentation and reporting skills.
- Experience in F&B or retail operations is an advantage.
- Must be currently in Qatar or willing to relocate.
- Valid Qatar driving license is a plus.
