Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• **Infrastructure & Hardware Management:** Oversee IT infrastructure across all branches, including the maintenance and troubleshooting of networks, servers, workstations, printers, and all peripheral devices.
• **EHR & System Administration:** Manage Microsoft Office 365/Exchange environments and **administer/troubleshoot the organization’s servers, backup systems, and Electronic Health Record (EHR)/Hospital Information System (HIS) access points**
• **Security & Surveillance:** Maintain, monitor, and troubleshoot CCTV systems and physical security access controls to ensure a secure environment.
• **Operational Systems:** Manage fingerprint attendance systems and employee onboarding hardware/software; generate accurate attendance reports for the Human Resources department.
• **Telephony:** Maintain internal communication systems, including PABX and VoIP infrastructure.
• **Data Integrity:** Execute robust backup protocols, manage data protection measures, and lead system recovery efforts when necessary to ensure zero data loss.
• **Technical Support:** Provide high-quality first and second-line technical support to medical staff and administrative personnel for all clinical and office software and hardware.
• **Field Operations:** Travel between branches as required to provide on-site technical and operational support, ensuring consistent service levels across the organization.

Qualifications and Experience

• **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• **Experience:** Minimum of 3-5 years of demonstrable experience in IT and technical support, preferably within a healthcare or medical environment.
• **Technical Expertise:**
• 1. Strong knowledge of Windows Server OS, Active Directory, and domain administration.
• 2. Hands-on experience with Microsoft Office 365 and Exchange Administration.
• 3. Solid background in network management (LAN/WLAN, firewalls, routing) and information security.
• 4. Practical experience with fingerprint/biometric attendance systems and CCTV configuration.
• **Soft Skills:** Strong English communication skills (spoken and written); excellent problem-solving abilities and time management.
• **Mobility:** Must have a valid driver’s license and the ability to travel between branches to provide field support.

Additional Advantages

• Previous experience working in medical centers, clinics, or hospital environments.
• Experience in designing and printing professional employee ID cards.
• Relevant professional certifications (e.g., CompTIA Network+, Security+, Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator, or similar).
