Overview
**Job Title:** IT Specialist.
**Experience Required:** 2 to 4 years.
**Location:** Al Ain.
Eligibility
· Practical and hands-on experience in **Odoo ERP system** is **mandatory**, in addition to experience in IT support, systems administration, and network management.
· Open The job is open to **all Arab nationalities** and residents within the **UAE only**.
Job Summary
The IT Specialist will be responsible for supporting and managing the company’s IT systems, providing technical support to users, assisting in the operation and maintenance of the Odoo ERP system, and ensuring the efficient performance of devices, networks, and technical systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide daily technical support to users and resolve issues related to devices, systems, and networks.
- Monitor and manage the Odoo ERP system to ensure efficient operation and user support.
- Maintain and manage computers, printers, networks, and IT systems.
- Monitor system and network performance to ensure operational continuity and efficiency.
- Assist in software updates, data backup processes, and information security management.
- Manage and maintain company websites, including handling updates and required modifications on an ongoing basis.
- Create and organize a comprehensive database for all company social media accounts and digital platforms.
- Monitor and maintain social media accounts while ensuring secure management of login credentials and user permissions.
- Update and securely maintain records of digital accounts and platform information.
- Prepare technical reports related to maintenance, system performance, and troubleshooting activities.
- Assist in training employees on the Odoo ERP system and related technical tools.
- Ensure compliance with company IT policies and information security procedures.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- **2 to 4 years** of practical experience in Information Technology.
- Hands-on experience in **Odoo ERP** is considered a mandatory requirement.
- Good knowledge of networks, computer hardware, operating systems, and technical support.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to support end users effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and technical reporting.
- Fluency in both **Arabic and English,** written and spoken.
