IT & Social Media Specialist (ARABIC ONLY)

About This Role
ob Purpose:
To manage the company’s IT-related operations and oversee social media platforms to ensure smooth technical operations and strengthen the company’s digital presence.
*Duties & Responsibilities
* First: IT & Technical Support Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain company computers, printers, and network systems.
- Troubleshoot daily technical issues for employees.
- Manage company email accounts and employee access.
- Follow up on data backup systems and information security.
- Coordinate with external IT support providers when needed.
- Install software and perform regular system updates.
- Monitor internet connectivity and internal network performance.
- Maintain CCTV systems and attendance systems if applicable.
- Ensure data protection and password security.
*Second: Social Media & Digital Marketing Responsibilities
- Manage the company’s social media accounts and platforms.
- Prepare and publish content on a regular basis.
- Design or coordinate basic posts and advertisements.
- Respond to messages, comments, and customer inquiries.
- Prepare monthly performance reports for social media and campaigns.
- Monitor and optimize paid advertising campaigns.
- Coordinate with management regarding events, promotions, and marketing activities.
- Suggest marketing ideas to improve engagement and increase sales.
*Required Qualifications
- Experience in IT support and basic network management.
- Experience in managing social media platforms.
- Knowledge of design tools such as Canva or Photoshop.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to solve problems and work under pressure.
- Good command of Arabic; English proficiency is preferred.
* Preferred Experience
- Meta Business Suite
- Google Workspace / Microsoft 365
- Basic photography and video editing skills
- Paid advertising on Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok
* Working Conditions
- Full-time position
- Work location: On-site at the company
* Reporting To
- Administrative Manager / Operations Manager
