IT Senior Analyst, Enterprise Applications - HCM Process & Solutions

Role overview

Responsibilities

• Translate business needs into functional and technical requirements and recommend sustainable solutions.
• Coordinate requirements, design, configuration, development, testing, deployment, and hypercare with HR and Payroll; provide timelines and effort estimates.
• Implement, deploy, enhance, support, and maintain HR applications, primarily WFS Time & Attendance.
• Assess and document solution options and cross-functional impacts; facilitate solution walkthroughs and presentations.
• Collaborate with IT specialists, architects, and vendors on solutions, architecture, roadmaps, standards, and governance.
• Investigate and resolve WFS production issues, occasionally outside regular business hours when required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Systems, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least five years implementing, configuring, and supporting WFS or a comparable workforce management solution.
• Experience participating in workforce time and attendance implementations.
• Knowledge of payroll processes, labour regulations, overtime calculations, HR processes, and related integrations.
• Experience gathering and analyzing requirements, facilitating workshops, preparing specifications, and working through the SDLC.
• Advanced Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and SharePoint proficiency; fluent spoken and written English.
• French or Spanish is an asset; WFS certification, Workday integration, Java, Power BI, SQL, manufacturing or unionized workforce, and project management experience are preferred.

Compensation
