The back office supports sales, customer service, operations, and remote IT support.
Role overview
The Sales Coordinator manages inquiries, quotations, renewals, purchases, invoices, and follow-ups to support revenue growth and ensure opportunities are not missed.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and reply to sales emails and inquiries.
- Learn the company's products and services and understand customer needs.
- Coordinate supplier pricing, procurement, and deliveries.
- Prepare quotations and costing, then follow up with clients to close quotes.
- Grow the client base, maintain accurate CRM records, retain customers, and upsell services.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience.
- Excellent phone and email communication and interpersonal skills.
- Effective time management and planning, good organizational skills, and ability to handle rejection.
- Good command of English is required.
- Willingness to be trained and learn quickly.
Preferred experience
- One year of experience in Sales Coordinator work, quotations and costing, invoicing, procurement management, or handling emails and inquiries is preferred.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 2,500–3,500 per month.
Workplace
- Work location is in person.
