Role overview

Key responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery, meeting objectives, milestones, budget and quality standards.
• Coordinate business, IT and external partner teams and maintain stakeholder relationships.
• Manage risks, issues and dependencies; provide clear progress updates and support decision-making.
• Maintain momentum through iterative delivery and apply suitable Agile, Waterfall or hybrid methods.
• Improve delivery processes and ways of working.

Core experience and skills

• Proven project or delivery management experience, ideally in a digital, technology or product environment, including successful complex initiatives.
• Strong experience with Agile, Waterfall or hybrid delivery approaches.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and managing stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience with eCommerce, publishing or subscription solutions, and with enterprise system integrations and SaaS solutions.
• Strong communication, organisation, negotiation and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to risks and issues.
• Collaborative, adaptable and results-focused mindset.

Desirable experience

• Azure DevOps, MS Project or similar delivery tools; enterprise platforms such as SAP, Salesforce or MuleSoft.
• Kanban or other visual-flow delivery models and complex programmes involving multiple squad-based teams.
• Project management or Agile qualifications such as PMP, PRINCE2 or Scrum Master.
