Experience and qualifications
- At least 10 years of project or programme management experience of similar scope is required.
- Fluent Arabic and strong written and verbal communication are required.
- The candidate must be available on-site whenever needed, as stated in General Condition 22.
- A bachelor's degree and a degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent are listed as required.
- Arabic and English are listed as preferred in the language section; the description also calls for bilingual Arabic and English.

Pay
- Pay starts at QAR 15,000 per month.
