Education and certifications
- University degree in Computer Science, IT, or an equivalent field; a bachelor's degree is listed as required.
- CompTIA A+ certified.
- ITIL 4 Foundation certified.
- Microsoft 365 certified.
- CCNA certified.
Experience and technical qualifications
- At least four years of desktop troubleshooting experience covering hardware and software.
- Hands-on experience supporting Windows environments.
- Expert in supporting applications and systems and analyzing business requirements.
Languages

Pay
- QAR 10,000–12,000 per month.
