IT Procurement Junior Executive - Operations (Hybrid)

Overview

Responsibilities

• Source, evaluate, and negotiate contracts with IT vendors for hardware, software, and services.
• Develop and maintain relationships with IT suppliers to ensure competitive pricing and reliable delivery.
• Collaborate with internal teams to understand their IT requirements and provide procurement support.
• Monitor and track IT procurement activities to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Review and approve purchase orders, invoices, and contracts related to IT procurement.
• Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements in IT procurement processes.
• Stay updated on industry trends, technology advancements, and best practices in IT procurement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT/ Supply Chain Management, or related field (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)
• Female candidate is required.
• Must possess excellent fluency in English, both spoken and written.
• A high level of trustworthiness and integrity is essential, as the position involves handling sensitive information.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and procurement software/tools.
• Must be comfortable turning on their camera during all remote working hours – video presence is required for team interaction and accountability.
• Fluent in Arabic language (is a plus)
• Willingness and ability to travel internationally when required for work-related purposes.
