- Works closely with technical teams to proactively monitor IT services and ensure timely technical support to prevent service disruptions.
- **SLA Compliance:**
- Monitors and directs actions to ensure all infrastructure requests and incidents are resolved within SLA targets.
- **System Maintenance:**
- Oversees routine maintenance, housekeeping, and hardware replacements in coordination with third-party vendors.
- **Core Technical Expertise Areas:**
