We deliver certified pest control, food safety, and hygiene solutions to commercial and residential clients across the UAE, following international standards.

We are looking for an IT Officer to be the first point of contact for our team’s technical needs.

You will help colleagues resolve everyday IT issues, set up and maintain their devices and accounts, and keep our IT running smoothly day to day.

This is a hands on support role for someone who is patient, practical, and enjoys solving problems and helping people.

Act as the first point of contact for users needing technical help, through IT tickets, email, or in person Diagnose and resolve everyday hardware, software, and network issues Support Windows, Chrome OS, Microsoft 365, printers, and common business applications Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, peripherals, and mobile devices Create and manage user accounts, email configurations, and access permissions Escalate unresolved issues to higher level support or external vendors when needed Keep accurate records of IT support requests and resolutions in a ticketing system Monitor IT inventory, including hardware and accessories Support staff onboarding and offboarding by preparing IT assets and accounts Ensure adherence to internal IT policies and data security standards Act as a liaison between the IT department, vendors, and other internal departments Requirements A Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, or a related field Two to four years of experience in IT support or IT coordination roles A good understanding of networking basics, Microsoft 365, Windows OS, and general IT infrastructure Familiarity with IT asset management and vendor coordination Good knowledge of IT support ticketing systems, such as ServiceNow Excellent communication, organisational, and multitasking skills The ability to work independently and as part of a team Fluency in English Certifications such as CompTIA A+ or ITIL Foundation are an advantage, but not mandatory Benefits A full time role with a global leader in public health A supportive and professional team environment Hands on experience across a wide range of IT systems and users Genuine opportunities to grow your career within the company
