Must Have (Non-Negotiable)

  • Custom module development
  • Real estate or construction industry knowledge 5 years and more

Strongly Preferred

  • Odoo ERP development & implementation
  • Python + PostgreSQL + Odoo framework
  • Bitrix24 CRM experience
  • Linux server & cloud hosting
  • Understanding of full real estate development lifecycle
  • *(land acquisition → design → construction → handover → sales)*
  • We are looking for an experienced IT Manager specialized in Odoo ERP for a real estate development company.
  • The ideal candidate must have strong technical, development, and implementation skills with the ability to manage and customize ERP systems according to business operations.

Main Responsibilities

Lead Odoo ERP implementation across the company

Develop and customize Odoo modules based on operational needs

Handle coding, integrations, automation, and system optimization

Manage ERP workflows related to real estate development, construction, procurement, HR, finance, CRM, and project management

Maintain databases, servers, and system security

Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure smooth system performance

Coordinate with departments to improve workflow efficiency and digital transformation

Requirements

Strong experience in Odoo development and ERP implementation

Advanced knowledge of Python, PostgreSQL, APIs, and Odoo framework

Experience in custom module development and third-party integrations

Strong understanding of ERP systems and business operations

Experience in real estate development, construction, or related industries is highly preferred

Ability to manage projects independently and lead technical operations

Additional Advantage

Background knowledge of Bitrix24 CRM is a plus

Experience with Linux servers and cloud hosting environments
