Salary
Up to AED 35,000 (Subject to Experience)

- Strong expertise in ๐๐ซ๐๐๐ฅ๐ ๐ ๐ฎ๐ฌ๐ข๐จ๐ง ๐๐ฅ๐จ๐ฎ๐ ๐๐๐ (๐ ๐ข๐ง๐๐ง๐๐, ๐๐๐, ๐๐ซ๐จ๐๐ฎ๐ซ๐๐ฆ๐๐ง๐ญ).
- Proven experience in ERP implementation & transformation projects
- Hands-on knowledge of integrations (API, FBDI, ADFDI)
- Solid understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud environments & cybersecurity
- Experience in Manufacturing / EPC / Engineering environments
- Strong command of reporting tools (OTBI, BI Publisher, dashboards)
- Ability to manage vendors, stakeholders & cross-functional teams
- ๐๐ฑ๐ฉ๐๐ซ๐ข๐๐ง๐๐ & ๐๐ฎ๐๐ฅ๐ข๐๐ข๐๐๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง๐ฌ
- 8โ12+ years in IT/ERP leadership roles
- Oracle/ERP certifications are a strong advantage
- Experience working in global or multinational environments
- ๐๐๐ฒ ๐๐๐ฌ๐ฉ๐จ๐ง๐ฌ๐ข๐๐ข๐ฅ๐ข๐ญ๐ข๐๐ฌ
- ๐๐ & ๐๐ง๐๐ซ๐๐ฌ๐ญ๐ซ๐ฎ๐๐ญ๐ฎ๐ซ๐ ๐๐๐๐๐๐ซ๐ฌ๐ก๐ข๐ฉ
- Oversee IT operations managed by external service providers (MSPs)
- Ensure system availability, scalability, and performance
- Manage vendors, SLAs, IT budgets, and service delivery
- ๐๐ฒ๐๐๐ซ๐ฌ๐๐๐ฎ๐ซ๐ข๐ญ๐ฒ & ๐๐จ๐ฏ๐๐ซ๐ง๐๐ง๐๐
- Lead IT security, data protection, and access control frameworks
- Ensure compliance with audit, regulatory, and internal control standards
- Drive disaster recovery (DR) and business continuity (BCP) planning
- ๐๐ซ๐๐๐ฅ๐ ๐ ๐ฎ๐ฌ๐ข๐จ๐ง ๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐๐๐ซ๐ฌ๐ก๐ข๐ฉ
- Own Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP across Finance, Procurement, and Projects
- Ensure ERP stability, governance, and performance optimization
- Manage month-end close, audits, and reporting support
- Drive ERP enhancements, upgrades, and release management
- ๐๐๐ง๐ฎ๐๐๐๐ญ๐ฎ๐ซ๐ข๐ง๐ , ๐๐๐ & ๐๐ง๐ญ๐๐ ๐ซ๐๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง
- Lead MRP implementation & optimization aligned with BOMs and planning
- Improve Manufacturing, Maintenance, and Inventory modules
- Ensure seamless integration across Finance, Procurement, Projects & Operations
- ๐๐ข๐ ๐ข๐ญ๐๐ฅ ๐๐ซ๐๐ง๐ฌ๐๐จ๐ซ๐ฆ๐๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง
- Identify and implement automation & process improvement initiatives
- Lead system integrations (APIs, FBDI, ADFDI) with third-party applications
- Promote data-driven decision-making and reporting
