About the role

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and optimize advanced hardware and software systems.
• Resolve complex network and infrastructure issues; monitor system performance and implement improvements.
• Maintain technical documentation and inventory systems.
• Design and execute backup and recovery operations; lead security implementation and compliance efforts.
• Manage server maintenance, capacity planning, and performance tuning.
• Assess, recommend, and deploy system upgrades and solutions.
• Provide expert support and mentorship to junior team members.
• Lead and participate in infrastructure projects and innovations.
