Job Summary

It Infrastructure & Network Project Manager

Project Management

• Lead end-to-end delivery of IT Infrastructure and Network projects.
• Develop project plans, schedules, budgets, resource allocation, and risk management plans.
• Manage project lifecycle from initiation through closure.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular status reports to stakeholders and leadership.
• Ensure adherence to PMO standards, governance, and best practices.

Infrastructure & Network Delivery

• Manage deployment and upgrades of:
• LAN/WAN infrastructure

• Wireless Networks (Wi-Fi)

• Data Centers
• Server Infrastructure
• Virtualization Platforms

• Network Security Solutions

• Unified Communications
• Backup and Disaster Recovery Solutions
• Coordinate network migrations, technology refresh programs, and infrastructure modernization initiatives.

Stakeholder & Vendor Management

• Collaborate with business stakeholders, IT teams, consultants, and external vendors.
• Manage vendor performance, contracts, deliverables, and SLAs.
• Facilitate project steering committee meetings and executive updates.

Risk & Compliance Management

• Identify project risks, issues, dependencies, and mitigation strategies.
• Ensure compliance with cybersecurity policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Drive change management and business readiness activities.

Financial Management

• Manage project budgets and forecasts.
• Track project expenditures and ensure cost optimization.
• Support procurement activities and contract negotiations.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent Project Management certification.
• ITIL Foundation certification preferred.

Required Experience

• 8+ years of Project Management experience.
• 5+ years managing IT Infrastructure and Network projects.
• Experience delivering large-scale enterprise infrastructure projects.
• Experience working with multi-vendor environments.
• Strong understanding of networking, servers, cloud, cybersecurity, and data center technologies.
• Experience with project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, ServiceNow, or similar.

• Enterprise Networking (Cisco, Aruba, Juniper, Fortinet)

• SD-WAN Technologies

• VMware And Hyper-V

• Azure and AWS Cloud Platforms

Preferred Experience

• Experience in Theme Parks, Entertainment, Hospitality, Smart Cities, Airports, Retail, or Large Public Venues.
• Experience managing greenfield and brownfield infrastructure projects.
• Experience in smart technology and digital transformation initiatives.
