The IT Infrastructure Manager leads infrastructure services and Service Desk operations, ensuring system performance, stability, security, and end-user support.
The role reports to the Director of IT and leads a team of infrastructure professionals.
Compensation
- Target salary range is $97,600–$115,000 per annum; placement depends on skills and experience.
Schedule and coverage
- Full-time role supporting a 24/7 operation and managing a 24x7 on-call rotation.
Responsibilities
- Manage on-premises and cloud infrastructure, datacenters, servers, virtualization, storage, networks, and related systems.
- Oversee security assessments and incident response, Service Desk operations, infrastructure team leadership, and service improvement.
- Align IT roadmaps and budgets with business needs; manage infrastructure procurement, vendors, licensing, contracts, and service-level agreements.
- Maintain infrastructure policies and procedures, support audits, and ensure compliance with internal controls and AGCO directives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- At least five years of datacenter infrastructure experience, including two or more years in leadership or management.
- Multi-datacenter infrastructure management experience and technical knowledge of networking, virtualization, Remote Desktop Services, Windows Server, and automation or scripting.
- Experience with Bally Gaming Management Systems, Active Directory, Unified Communications Management, IP Telephony, AWS, Azure, and cloud technologies is preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, collaboration, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
