Qualifications
- You have at least 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in network infrastructure administration.
- Proven, hands-on experience with Cisco Meraki and Ubiquiti UniFi network solutions is required.
- You have solid networking knowledge: TCP/IP, VLAN, VPN, firewalls, Wi-Fi, and low-voltage cabling.
- You have experience administering the Microsoft environment: Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, and Azure.
- You have strong scripting skills (PowerShell and/or Python) and experience with API integrations (e.g., Microsoft Graph API), applied to automation and administration.
- You have a good understanding of cloud architectures and cybersecurity practices.
- Fluent English, written and spoken, is mandatory to interact with international teams.
- You are recognized for your interpersonal skills and your ability to interact with senior stakeholders (VIP support).
- Your key strengths include prioritization, autonomy, rigor, and teamwork.
- You are proactive, open-minded, and results-oriented.
- You are willing to travel internationally outside India, as required.
