Overview
- We are looking to hire an IT Executive / IT Support for our company.
- Candidate profile required:
- Proven experience in IT support or a similar technical support role
- Academic background in Information Technology, Computer Science, Network
- Administration, or a related field
- Good knowledge of:
- hardware and software troubleshooting
- system setup and maintenance
- network and internet support
- printer, email, and office system support
- user account setup and technical issue resolution
- basic cybersecurity awareness and data protection practices
- Able to provide day-to-day technical support for the team
- Organized, reliable, and able to solve problems efficiently
- Preferably someone who can handle IT tasks independently and support the smooth daily
- operation of the office
Salary
- range:
- AED 5,000 to AED 6,000, depending on experience and qualifications
- We are looking for a practical and dependable IT professional who can manage the company’s day-to-day technical needs efficiently.
Pre-Requisites
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field
5+ years of experience in IT preferred, of which 2 years ideally being in Real Estate.
Expertise in Windows, Linux, and Mac operating systems is preferred
Knowledge of virtualization and cloud technologies is a must.
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills is essential
Should have the ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
Must be flexible and should be able to work in a fast-paced environment
