About This Role
Overview
We are seeking for an **IT Executive/IT Support Specialist** with 3 to 4 years UAE experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure, maintain, and support computer hardware, LAN/Wi-Fi networks and IP Telephony to ensure high availability and performance.
- Configure and manage company software, network security systems, including firewalls, antivirus solutions, access controls, and user authentication.
- Perform regular system maintenance, updates, and backups to ensure optimal system performance and security.
- Provide technical support to end users, diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Monitor and oversee specific areas of IT operations and system.
- Maintain an up-to-date inventory of all hardware and software assets.
Experience
- and skills:
- Bachelor’s Degree in **Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field**
- **3–4 years** of relevant IT experience within the UAE.
- Strong knowledge of networking tools and security best practices.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work independently and under pressure
- Time management and multitasking skills
