Role overview

User and workplace technology support

• Provide first-line support and troubleshoot computers, mobile devices, printers, peripherals, and business applications.
• Resolve incidents and requests, escalating to regional IT teams or vendors when required.
• Maintain meeting-room and collaboration technology and support executive meetings, presentations, and hybrid events.
• Provide high-touch support to colleagues and executive stakeholders.

Systems, security, and operations

• Administer Microsoft 365 services, identities, accounts, licensing, and permissions.
• Manage Intune enrollment, compliance policies, application deployment, and endpoint management.
• Support identity controls, endpoint security, and security incident response.
• Manage inventory, procurement, stock, licenses, warranties, and device lifecycles.
• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding, including accounts, access, devices, and inductions.
• Support networks, technology projects, office moves, business continuity, and IT documentation.

Experience and technical requirements

• Three to five years in corporate IT support, desktop administration, or an IT generalist role.
• Experience as an office's primary or sole IT support resource, or in a small team with end-to-end ownership.
• Production administration of Microsoft 365 and practical Intune endpoint-management experience, including Windows Autopilot.
• Experience with conditional access, multi-factor authentication, patching, and vulnerability remediation.
• Strong Windows 10/11 knowledge and troubleshooting; competence supporting macOS and iOS/Android.
• Knowledge of identity and access management, endpoint security, networking, conferencing technology, and IT service management practices.
• PowerShell scripting or automation for administration and reporting is desirable.
• Experience in hospitality, luxury, professional services, or a multi-site international business is preferred.

Technical knowledge

• Microsoft 365 services include Entra ID, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
• Security topics include endpoint protection/EDR, phishing and email security, encryption, DLP, and incident-response basics.
• Networking knowledge includes TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, VLANs, and Wi-Fi.
