Key Responsibilities
- Strong people skills and a knack for problem solving.
- Ability to maintain composure and customer focus while troubleshooting and solving technical issues.
- Ability to adhere to a schedule of customer appointments.
- -Standard 8am-5pm PST, Mon-Fri. Your work hours will be based on business needs. This role is onsite working at Keysight Technologies in Santa Rosa, CA
Required Skills and Knowledge
- Solid understanding of different hardware and software platforms from iOS to Android, Windows and Mac OS.
- Knowledgeable about the Microsoft environment on both Mobile and PC platforms.
- Excellent people skills, able to articulate your knowledge and experience to users for
- best practices, tips, tricks and insights.
- Audio visual experience (Bluetooth, audio settings in the operating system, headsets,
- soft phone services, etc.)
- Experience with collaboration platforms (Teams/Zoom, Sharepoint, Onedrive, etc.)
- Knowledge and experience using Microsoft and Mac command line interfaces.
- Understanding of Microsoft ActiveSync and Active Directory Architecture.
- MDM (mobile Device Management) structure experience
Additional skills (not required but valuable)
- You have an aptitude for acquiring skills in technical repairs and an eagerness to learn.
- You have excellent customer service, time management skills and can make decisions quickly.

- The level of this role will be based on applicable experience, education and skills; most offers will be between the minimum and midpoint of the salary range listed below.
- CO pay range Min $24.89 to Max $26.81
