IT Engineer
About This Role
We are seeking a qualified IT Engineer with a minimum of 5 years of experience to manage and support our IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in server management, biometric systems, and email configuration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and maintain servers and IT systems
- Manage and troubleshoot biometric devices and attendance systems
- Configure and maintain company email systems and user accounts
- Monitor system performance and ensure data security and backup
- Provide technical support to staff for hardware, software, and network issues
- Maintain IT documentation and ensure compliance with company policies
- Coordinate with vendors for IT-related services and support
- Experience providing IT support at site/project locations
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience
- Strong knowledge of server administration and network systems
- Experience in biometric system setup and troubleshooting
- Hands-on experience in email configuration (e.g., Outlook, Office 365, etc.)
- Good problem-solving and communication skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
