Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and strategic IT Director to lead our technology operations and digital transformation initiatives.
The ideal candidate will oversee the company’s IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, systems integration, and technology strategy while ensuring reliable and secure operations across all business units.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the company’s IT strategy aligned with business goals.
- Manage and oversee all IT infrastructure, networks, servers, and enterprise systems.
- Lead cybersecurity initiatives and ensure data protection and compliance.
- Supervise ERP, logistics software, cloud systems, and digital transformation projects.
- Manage IT budgets, vendors, software licensing, and procurement.
- Ensure high system availability, performance, and disaster recovery readiness.
- Lead and mentor the IT team, including support staff and system administrators.
- Evaluate emerging technologies to improve operational efficiency and business performance.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify and implement technology solutions.
- Establish IT policies, procedures, and best practices.
& Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- Minimum 8–10 years of IT experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of network infrastructure, cybersecurity, cloud computing, and enterprise systems.
- Experience with logistics, trading, or supply chain technology systems is highly preferred.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
- Certifications such as CISSP, PMP, ITIL, Microsoft, Cisco, or AWS are an advantage.
