IT Development Lead (Full Stack)

Role overview

Team leadership and software delivery

• Lead, manage, and mentor frontend and backend developers; guide architecture, coding standards, and technical practices.
• Conduct code reviews, monitor development quality and productivity, and encourage collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications and platforms using technologies including React, Next.js, Node.js, Laravel, PHP, and TypeScript.
• Develop APIs, microservices, and third-party integrations; debug, optimize, and improve application architecture and reliability.

AI and blockchain integrations

• Integrate AI capabilities and LLMs, including OpenAI GPT, Claude, Gemini, and open-source models.
• Develop AI chatbots, virtual assistants, agents, workflows, RAG, and semantic search integrations.
• Evaluate model performance, latency, reliability, and API costs; apply security, access controls, and data-privacy measures.
• Oversee cryptocurrency payment and blockchain API integrations, wallet workflows, transaction monitoring, and verification across networks including Ethereum, BNB Smart Chain, and TRON.
• Support Web3 connectivity and smart-contract integrations, collaborating with specialists for advanced contract development.

Infrastructure, security, and quality

• Support hosting, deployments, and infrastructure; monitor application performance and troubleshoot production issues.
• Establish coding standards, testing practices, and technical documentation; maintain secure APIs, authentication, authorization, and version control.
• Identify performance bottlenecks and review code for security, performance, and maintainability.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend solutions to improve product capabilities.

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of professional software development experience and at least 2 years leading or managing development teams.
• Strong frontend skills using JavaScript, TypeScript, React, or Next.js; strong backend experience with Laravel, PHP, Node.js, or similar.
• Knowledge of MySQL, PostgreSQL, database optimization, and RESTful API development.
• Practical experience integrating AI models or LLM APIs; understanding of AI agents, RAG, prompt engineering, and intelligent automation.
• Working knowledge of cryptocurrency, blockchain networks, digital wallets, and crypto payment integrations.
• Familiarity with cloud hosting and deployment, architecture, application security, and performance optimization.
• Strong technical leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred skills

• AI-powered SaaS, fintech, or blockchain application experience; LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, or vector database familiarity.
• Python and FastAPI; multi-step AI agents and workflow automation.
• Web3.js, Ethers.js, WalletConnect, MetaMask, smart contracts, or Solidity.
• Cryptocurrency exchanges and payment processing APIs; AWS services such as EC2, S3, and RDS.
• Docker, Kubernetes, microservices, AI model monitoring, evaluation, and cost optimization.
