Role Description
The IT / Cybersecurity Sales Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in the United Arab Emirates.
This role is responsible for identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, managing the sales cycle for information security solutions and services, and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers.
The Sales Executive will conduct client meetings and presentations, understand customer IT and security needs, and propose appropriate solutions from Green Method Technologies’ portfolio, including consulting, testing, and managed services.
Daily activities include preparing proposals and quotations, coordinating with technical teams for solution design, following up on leads, and meeting assigned revenue and pipeline targets.
The role also involves staying current with cybersecurity trends and regional compliance requirements, participating in industry events, and providing timely reports and forecasts to management.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong skills in Information Technology and Network Administration to understand client environments and communicate technical value clearly.
- Candidates should possess solid Network Security and Troubleshooting skills to align proposed solutions with customer risk mitigation and incident response needs.
- Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service and relationship management skills to build trust, handle inquiries, and support long-term engagements.
- Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in IT or cybersecurity solutions, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and communication skills in English; proficiency in Arabic is an advantage.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with technical consultants and delivery teams, and to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of regional cybersecurity standards and frameworks (e.g., PCI DSS, ISO 27001, NESA/ADSIC/DISR) is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
