The IT and Systems Manager – Sales, Marketing & Automation leads technical support for commercial operations.

Responsibilities
- Architect and optimize CRM structures, database pipelines, and Odoo ERP modules for lead flow and sales management.
- Build multi-app automations for lead acquisition, follow-ups, and pipeline progression across WhatsApp, email, and web forms.
- Integrate internal platforms, databases, and third-party tools using REST APIs and webhooks.
- Implement LLM and WhatsApp API integrations for automated lead qualification and conversation analytics.
- Write SQL queries and build interactive BI dashboards to analyze conversion funnels, campaign performance, and sales KPIs.
Requirements
- Strong background in CRM architecture, database management, and SQL.
- Deep understanding of sales and marketing funnels, including lead routing, conversion tracking, and pipeline mechanics.
- Hands-on experience with APIs, webhooks, and system integrations.
- Practical expertise with automation platforms such as n8n, Make, or Zapier, and AI/LLM API implementation.
- Proficiency in Advanced Excel, data analysis, business statistics, and BI dashboards.
- Good written and spoken English proficiency.
- Must be based in or willing to relocate to the UAE for full-time onsite work.
Preferred skills
- Hands-on experience with Odoo ERP and Python scripting is preferred.
- WhatsApp Business API and conversation analytics experience is preferred.
- Power BI, Tableau, or Looker expertise is preferred.
