About CARANDX
CARANDX FZCO is a Dubai-based global automotive trading partner connecting buyers, distributors, and importers through vehicle distribution, import/export, and logistics.
Key responsibilities
- Architect and optimize CRM structures, database pipelines, and Odoo ERP modules for marketing lead flow and sales management.
- Build n8n, Make, or Zapier automations for lead acquisition, follow-ups, and pipeline progression across WhatsApp, email, and web forms.
- Integrate internal platforms, databases, and third-party tools using REST APIs and webhooks.
- Implement LLM APIs and WhatsApp API integrations for automated lead qualification and conversation analytics.
- Use SQL and interactive Power BI or Tableau dashboards to analyze conversion funnels, campaign performance, and sales KPIs.
Required qualifications
- Strong background in CRM architecture, database management, and SQL.
- Deep understanding of sales and marketing funnels, lead routing, conversion tracking, and pipeline mechanics.
- Hands-on APIs, webhooks, and system integration experience; practical automation-platform and AI/LLM API implementation expertise.
- Proficiency in Advanced Excel, data analysis, business statistics, and BI dashboards.
- Good written and spoken English proficiency.
- Must be based in or willing to relocate to the UAE for full-time onsite work.
Preferred skills
- Odoo ERP and Python scripting experience are preferred.
- WhatsApp Business API and conversation analytics experience are preferred.
- Power BI, Tableau, or Looker expertise is preferred.
Compensation and benefits
- Pay is listed as AED 6,000–AED 7,000 per month.
- The employer advertises an attractive compensation package based on experience, full medical coverage, and an annual flight allowance after one year of service.
