Role overview

Responsibilities

• Coordinate implementation planning with implementation managers and IT project teams.
• Create and maintain project artifacts and documentation.
• Assist with configuration and creation of custom application solutions under a project lead's direction.
• Complete and document unit and integration testing, and coordinate and document user acceptance testing.
• Resolve minor implementation issues and escalate complex issues to senior team members.
• Use the common project management framework and develop subject matter expertise in at least one departmental area.
• Train customer end users on solution functionality and operational processes.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, execution, delivery, and communication.

Preferred qualifications and capabilities

• A bachelor's degree is strongly preferred; comparable work experience may be considered.
• 2–4 years of relevant experience is preferred.
• Broad, generalist knowledge of core concepts relevant to the role.
• Focus on learning existing tools, resources, and processes.
